This is my second review. I recently refinanced my refi loan with Rudy to take advantage of the lower interest rates that had become available. I wanted a lower interest rate, thus a lower payment. Rudy & Eric were excellent at working with me to achieve this. The refi process was fast, done entirely online, & very easy. Rudy & Eric both kept me informed frequently step by step as to what to do, what would happen next & they guided me along. They were very helpful answering any questions I had & giving me info & tips on handling my loan. I was extremely pleased that I was able to get a lower interest rate. I cannot thank Rudy, Eric & Debbie enough for all their hard work. I highly recommend them.

We wound up working with Rudy and the team after we had a terrible experience with another lender. The previous lender missed 3 closing deadlines and never communicated with us. This caused us to nearly lose the house. We reached out to Rudy and he got it done in a timely manor. Communication was great with someone always there to answer questions and give updates.
Couldn’t have asked for a better team member on our home buying experience and I say this with certainty, if we hadn’t had used Rudy we wouldn’t have closed. He got the job done, thank you Rudy!!!
PS. It was a VA loan, they are Very well versed in VA loans!
